Hubnexxo

Hubnexxo provides accounting, financial, and business intelligence support for food service businesses.

The integration with Falaê lets Hubnexxo retrieve company information, customer satisfaction surveys, and customer responses. You generate an integration token in Falaê and send it to the partner team, who configure access in their own system.

Before you start

Use an account with access to Integrações (Integrations). The Caixa (Cashier) role cannot configure these integrations.

Agree with the Hubnexxo team who will receive the token and complete setup. Share it only with the authorized contact through a secure channel.

How to configure the integration

1. Open Integrações (Integrations) in Falaê.
2. In Consultoria/BI (Consulting/BI), select Hubnexxo.
3. If the Unidades (Units) list opens, use the Configurar (Configure) action for the unit you want to connect. If the form opens directly, check that you are in the intended company.
4. Click Ativar (Activate) so Falaê generates the integration token, displayed in the Token field.
5. Click Copiar (Copy) and send the token to the person responsible for the integration at Hubnexxo.
6. Ask the Hubnexxo team to complete setup in their own system.

How the integration works

1. Hubnexxo uses the token generated in Falaê to authenticate requests.
2. Falaê provides information about connected companies, surveys, and responses, including scores, comments, and customer data associated with those responses.
3. Hubnexxo receives the data for use in its own system. Check with the partner team how often they retrieve data and update the information.

The integration covers only the selected company. To connect other companies, repeat setup for each one and send their respective tokens to Hubnexxo.

Data is not appearing. What should I do?

Reopen the unit settings in the Hubnexxo card to view or copy the token from the Token field. Ask the partner team whether setup is complete and when the last update took place. If requests to Falaê fail, tell the Falaê team which company, period, and survey are affected, without including the token.

How to disconnect the integration

In Integrações (Integrations), open the Hubnexxo card and, if the Unidades (Units) list appears, open the settings for the intended unit. Select Cancelar integração (Cancel integration).

The token no longer allows new requests for that company's data. Integrations for other companies remain active.

Cancellation does not delete data already received by Hubnexxo. Contact the partner team to request deletion.
