Linx Taste One
Linx Taste One is a management system for restaurants, chains and franchises, with point of sale, table service, counter, delivery, self-service and branch management features.
Integration with Falaê allows the satisfaction survey to be made available in the Linx Taste One flow. When Linx requests the survey via the configured Webhook, Falaê validates the Webhook Token and returns the link and QR Code of the survey so that they can be made available to the customer.
Before you start
- Access the Integrations screen in Falaê.
- Have a survey registered with the company or branch that will be integrated.
- Have the Webhook Token that will be used in the Linx Taste One and confirm this information with the person responsible for integration at Linx.
- Count on the person responsible for Linx Taste One to register the webhook address and configure how the link or QR Code will be made available to the customer.
How to configure the integration
- Access the Integrations screen in Falaê.
- In the Search integration field, search for Linx Taste One and open the integration card, in the POS category.
- If you manage a chain of stores, find the desired branch in the list and open its configuration.
- Fill in the Webhook Token field with the token that will be used by Linx.
- In the Survey field, select the survey you want to link to the integration. The list only shows surveys from the selected company or branch.
- Click Configure integration and wait for confirmation.
- When the screen displays Integration configured, copy the address from the Webhook field using the Copy Webhook button.
- Make the Webhook address and token available to the person responsible for integration on Linx Taste One. Request the registration of this address and the use of the same token in calls to Falaê, in the x-api-key header.
- Confirm with the person responsible how the QR Code or survey link will be presented to the customer, including printing on the coupon, when used by the store.
After completing the configuration on both platforms, check whether the link or QR Code provided by Linx opens the survey selected on Falaê.
How integration works
- Linx Taste One requests the survey from Falaê via the webhook registered for the company or branch.
- Falaê checks the token sent by Linx with the Webhook Token informed in the configuration.
- With the correct token, Falaê returns the link and QR Code of the selected survey in the same request.
- Linx Taste One uses this response to make the survey available to the customer, according to the store's configuration.
- The customer opens the link or QR Code and completes the survey in Falaê.
The link and QR Code returned point to the survey configured at the branch. Availability to the customer depends on the configuration carried out on the Linx Taste One.
Questions and maintenance
No surveys are available to select. What should I do?
Create a survey in the company or branch you are setting up and reopen the integration. Without a survey available, the Configure Integration button is disabled.
Can I connect more than one branch?
Yes. Configure each branch's integration with its Webhook Token and a Survey from that branch. Each branch has its own Webhook address, which must be registered in Linx Taste One for the corresponding store.
Falaê does not return the link and QR Code. What to check?
Check that the integration is configured in Falaê and that Linx is using the Webhook address of the correct branch. Also confirm that the token sent in the x-api-key header is the same as the one entered in the Webhook Token field. Without the correct token, Falaê does not return the link or the survey QR Code.
Does the QR Code only allow one response per coupon?
The QR Code for this integration points to the selected survey. The current flow does not generate a unique identifier per coupon or link the response to the coupon to prevent new responses using the same QR Code.
The coupon was printed without a QR Code. What to check?
Confirm with the person responsible for Linx Taste One whether the store is configured to print the QR Code returned by Falaê. Also check the Webhook address and Webhook Token used by Linx.
How to disconnect the integration?
- Access Integrations in Falaê and open Linx Taste One.
- If you manage a chain of stores, open the configuration of the branch you want to disconnect.
- Click on Cancel integration and wait for the message Integration disconnected successfully.
Canceling disables the branch integration in Falaê and removes the token and survey link used in this flow. As a result, the webhook no longer returns the link and QR Code to Linx. To stop calls or change the printing on coupons, ask the person responsible for Linx Taste One to remove the webhook or adjust the configuration in the store.
If the cancel button is disabled due to lack of permission, ask an administrator for permission to view integrations.
