Tripadvisor brings together traveler reviews and opinions about restaurants, hotels and attractions, helping people choose where to eat, stay and what to visit.

Integration with Falaê allows you to monitor the establishment's evaluations and its reputation indicators. Configuration is done by searching and selecting the establishment registered on Tripadvisor.

Before you start

You need to have access to the Integrations screen in Falaê and know the name of the establishment on Tripadvisor and the city where it is located.

If you manage more than one branch on Falaê, check which one is selected before starting. The chosen establishment will be linked to that branch.

How to configure the integration

1. Access the Integrations screen in Falaê and search for Tripadvisor, in the Reviews category.
2. Open the card and fill in Name of establishment on Tripadvisor and City. Both fields are mandatory.
3. If you need to refine your search, fill in CEP and Country code. These fields are optional: the ZIP code must be 8 digits long, in the format 00000-000, and the country code must be two letters long, such as BR for Brazil.
4. Click on Search establishment.
5. In the Establishment field, select the result corresponding to your company. Check the name and, when available, the zip code displayed in the option.
6. Click Configure integration and wait for confirmation.

If the result does not correspond to the desired establishment, click Return to search, adjust the data and perform a new search before configuring.

How integration works

Upon completing the configuration, Falaê requests the first collection of reviews from the selected establishment. Processing may take a few minutes; Confirming the configuration does not mean that all evaluations will appear on the screen.

After that, Falaê requests automatic updates twice a day. A new review may not appear immediately after it is posted on Tripadvisor.

To request a manual update, open the integration and click Update Reviews. Wait for processing before checking the results on Falaê.

My establishment does not appear in the search. What to do?

Check the name used in the Tripadvisor registration and the city entered. If you filled in CEP or Country code, try searching without these filters.

When there are no results, the screen will display No results for this search. Click on Return to search, adjust the completed fields and click on Search establishment.

If the problem continues, contact Falaê team and inform them of the name of the establishment, the city and, if applicable, the message displayed.

Can I connect more than one establishment?

Each Falaê branch can have a Tripadvisor establishment linked to it. To track establishments from other branches, select the corresponding branch in Falaê and repeat the configuration.

How to change the linked establishment?

Open the Tripadvisor integration for the branch you want to change and click Cancel Integration. Then, perform a new search, select the correct establishment and click Configure integration.

How to disconnect the integration?

Open the Tripadvisor integration in Falaê and click Cancel integration. This action breaks the link between the selected branch and the establishment, and Falaê stops requesting new automatic updates for it.

To use the integration again, search for the establishment again and complete the configuration.
