Zigpay

Integration with Zigpay allows Falaê to search daily for orders placed the previous day and, through Cinndi, send satisfaction surveys via WhatsApp to customers who visited the establishment.

How to integrate

1. Access the Integrations screen on the Falaê platform.
2. Search for “Zigpay” in the list of available integrations.
3. Add access credentials:
   • Integration Token
   • Store chain ID
4. Configure the integration:
   • Select the Zigpay company you want to integrate.
   • Choose the satisfaction survey that will be sent.

After configuration, Falaê will automatically search for orders from the previous day and send surveys via WhatsApp, ensuring agile and efficient feedback collection. 🚀
