Integration with Izzyway allows you to automatically add the QR Code of the satisfaction survey to all orders placed on the platform, facilitating the collection of customer feedback.

How to Configure the Integration

1. Access the Integrations screen on the Falaê platform.
2. Search for “Izzyway” in the list of available integrations.
3. Select the survey you want to link.
4. Copy the Integration Link generated.
5. Send the link to the person responsible for the account on the Izzyway platform.
6. Request the addition of the survey QR Code to all orders placed on Izzyway.

After configuration, the QR Code will be automatically printed on orders, allowing customers to evaluate their experience in a practical and quick way. 🚀
