Delivery Direto
The integration of Falaê with Delivery Direto allows the automatic sending of satisfaction surveys as soon as the customer's order is confirmed. If the customer does not respond, the survey is resent after 3 days, ensuring a greater volume of feedback.
Furthermore, this integration makes it possible to cross-reference purchase record data with satisfaction data, providing valuable insights to improve the customer experience.
How does it work?
- The customer places an order in your store via Delivery Direto.
- The order is confirmed by your store.
- Falaê automatically sends the customer satisfaction survey.
- If the customer does not respond within 3 days, the survey is resent.
Step by Step for Configuration
1. Integration Token Request
To start the integration, it is necessary to request the X-DeliveryDireto-ID from Delivery Direto.

🔹 Where to find the store ID?
Your store number is located at the top of the Delivery Direto system.
2. Activation of Email Campaigns
After the request, Delivery Direto will send an activation email.
✔️ Access the email received and click on the link to activate the campaigns.
3. Configuration in Falaê
- Access the integrations screen
- Search for Delivery Direto
- Log in with your Delivery Direto email and password.
- Insert the token (X-DeliveryDireto-ID) received by email.
- Select the company and the survey you want to set up.
4. Survey deactivation on Delivery Direto
After configuring the integration in Falaê, it is important to disable the native Delivery Direto survey to avoid duplication in sending.

- Access the Delivery Direto dashboard.
- Go to the Survey Settings section.
- Disable sending the satisfaction survey.
